Weʼve raised £1,355 to Help fund a clean drinking water system for 700 kids in Kibera slums

Funded on Friday, 23rd December 2016

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

More than 700 kids between 3 and 12 years play tennis and basketball every week with volunteers at the only play space available in Katwekera Village in the slums of Kibera, We wish to improve their health and safety by providing them with a filtration system that will provide clean drinking water.

Drinking water in Kibera is often polluted and leads to preventable illness, and leads to children missing school and eventually performing poorly.
