Story
Liverpool Transplant F.C are the first of its kind in the U.K . The first FA registered Transplant Football Club. Leading the way as a inspiring example to dialysis and transplant patients that anything is possible with hope and belief in ones own ability.
This year 2016/17 is our first season competing in the Merseyside Ability Counts League. We are raising funds to provide a training facility for the club and much needed training equipment.
Any monies over the target will go towards securing the clubs future and setting up a Transplant Youth development squad.
Give as little or as much as you can and be a part of something truly magical that is going to inspire Transplant patients around the globe.
