Leeloo is our 10 year old bearded collie cross and is our world. She was diagnosed with diabetes and thyroid problems which has led to her developing cataracts. She is totally blind in one eye and has minimal sight in the other, which of course wont be fun for her, especially as she can be a very nervous dog. We're already paying a lot each month in vets bills for medications and now have been given the chance for her to have the cataracts removed, which is happening.
So after many chats with friends, we've decided to open the fundraising page in the hopes friends and loved ones would possibly help with the costs of not only the operation, but also the aftercare. Leeloo loves nothing more than zooming around the park, fetching the ball, so for her to get her vision back, even partially, would be a huge increase to her quality of life and thus ours also, as she is our baby.
