Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic condition you are born with. 1 in 25 people carry the faulty gene that causes it. People with CF experience a build up of thick mucus in the lungs, digestive system and other organs causing a wide range of challenging symptoms affecting the entire body.
There is no cure.

It's a progressive illness that progresses with age, average life expectancy is currently 34.

Luka is 9, he has Cystic Fibrosis.
He's always dreamed of going to Lego land and staying in a themed room.
We want to make this possible for him now while he's healthy enough to enjoy the trip and to have these memories.

Recently fatigue has become more of a problem for Luka and he's gets very fed up because he's not able to play out with his friends like other boys his age can.

Daily his routine consists of taking nebuliser medication aswell as various physio routines to clear the mucus.
It's a constant battle to keep his lungs clear.

He's now being tested for Diabetes aswell as already having Cystic Fibrosis and CF related Asthma.
We know he's got a lot to go through in his future.
