We are organising Machynlleth’s first ever Pride event on May 18 2024. We can’t wait! 🌈💫

We're excited to bring the wonderfully diverse community we have here in Machynlleth together to celebrate being us. We hope to bring LGBTQIA+ people, families, young people and allies together to enjoy a day of fun, solidarity and creativity- can you donate some money to help make this happen?

We are getting a lot of donations, but also need money for logistics, advertising, health and safety, decor and maybe even volunteer expenses.

We are so excited to bring you this event which we aim to make as inclusive as possible- we have so much fun in store, so any small amount you can donate will be appreciated (and of course all accounting will be transparent and in the public domain).

Thanks to you gorgeous lot, we are getting excited about our plans for Machynlleth's first ever Pride celebration. At the moment we are up to a staggering £900 in donations! I can't tell you how much this means to us- it really spurs us on to make sure the event is worthy of your generosity. There is more fundraising planned! We are launching raffle which has 5 exciting prizes- come and buy your tickets at the Lesbian Quiz fundraiser on Tuesday 9.4.24 at 7pm at the Wynnstay Arms hotel, Machynlleth.
