Providing care for the stray animals in Martos, Andalucia.

There are many stray dogs and cats in this Spanish town as animals are not neutered or spayed and puppies and kitens are regularly abandoned and left to fend for themselves and stray.

There are no local animal shelters that can take these strays in so care is being provided by myself and a few like minded individuals but we are limited due to funding on how much care we can provide.

I currently have 3 rescue puppies and 4 stray cats residing within my home and there are many others I would help but cannot due to lack of funds.

The aim of the funding is to provide for their care and enable us to help many others.

What we would like to purchase

Vetinary treatment including:

vaccinations
specialist home care including puppy/kitten milk and bottles for those abandoned before being weaned.
Spay/ neuter for all those we take in to help prevent further problems
Worm/flea treatments

Food and Bedding suitable for all, this includes food designed for very young puppies and kittens as well as food designed for those who are adolescant and also for adults. Each stage of life has their own nutrient needs to maintain a strong healthy immune system.

Puppy pads for those learning housetraining
heated beds for the very young or those convalescing.

A small van so we can respond to calls about more animals needing our care or to deliver to new homes sourced for them or to other non kill shelters within spain.

Eventually we would like to raise funds to buy or lease a seperate building so all the rescues can be housed together rather than in limited foster care and so that people can visit the facility to meet the animals in order to adopt.
