    Story

    We are running the inclusion 10k at the Olympic Park on Sunday September 4th, in aid of Spare Tyre and their fabulous dementia project 'The Garden'.

    The Garden is an innovative piece of touring theatre, that works with people living with dementia to provide moments of joy - often for people who have been unwell for a long time. It really is wonderful, transformative stuff. You can see a short video here:

    10k won't seem far to seasoned runners, but we are a naturally lazy bunch who prefer martinis to medals. Actually, the picture shows the three of us the last time we won medals. Whilst drinking martinis.
