It comes with great regret and sadness to say that during the morning of the 4th February 2017, Michael McCabe passed away.

Michael had been fighting serious illness's in hospital for the last 3 months of his life and many years prior at home. But even still, this Wee man was never short of a smile and an uplifting joke or two. Spreading generosity and kindness where ever he went, it's safe to say he touched many lives and his presence will be greatly missed.
With this in mind, this page has been set up in the hope to raise money for a bench in memory of Michael in Brunswick Square, Bristol. Michael could often be found sat on the benches in Brunswick, one in particular, even through his years of madness to contemplate and ground himself. So it seems fitting and only right that we should venture to his favourite spot to pay our respects when Michaels in our hearts.
