Thank you for everyone’s kind donations. The money has finally come through and I am in contact with those effected so they can receive this much needed money. There were 33 people who lost everything so they will each receive £61.53.

We are still waiting for the money to be sent from Justgiving but I have been asked to let people know that hosts are still needed for homeless Ukranians, there is currently 100 in West Sussex needing accommodation, even if only for 3 months. Please contact WSCC if you are in a position to help.

I was hoping money would be sent to the Ukranians this week, unfortunately Just Giving has other ideas. I have to wait 10 days to claim the money from now. I am working with WSCC to make sure the money is equally given to each individual, including the children. A message has been given to the Ukranians affected so they are aware of this situation. I have had a message back with huge thanks for everyone’s efforts and that it means a lot people are helping them.
