5 year old Naomi Alleyne was born on April 14th 2011, in Barbados, with the rare Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome. She has struggled over the years with the heart condition and suffered from other complaints associated with it. When she was born her doctors did not believe she would live past the age of two but she defeated the odds and is still with us today.

Naomi loves to sing and dance but because of her condition experiences great difficulty when doing so. One of her favourite TV shows is 'Peppa Pig' and she loves fellow Barbadian Rihanna and her song 'Diamonds' especially the lyric "I choose to be happy".

Her asthma and allergies have seen her in and out of hospital a multitude of times over the last two years and unfortunately her asthma in particular has caused the condition of her heart to seriously deteriorate.

It has now been recommended that she has urgent medical treatment, and as such, we are hoping to raise the funds for her to have her operation in the USA as soon as possible.

Barbados is a developing country and her parents need some assistance raising these funds. Please help Naomi so that she can enjoy the rest of her childhood and look forward to a positive future.
