Story
Hey dear Atlas Mountain Race followers, The race was originally supposed to start Friday the 9th at 6PM, but because of torrential rain the start is delayed. Today the sun is shining and the sky is blue so hopefully we should get going soon.
The Atlas Mountain Race is a fixed route, unsupported, single-stage cycling race that starts in Marrakesh, crosses the Moroccan Atlas before taking riders through the Anti-Atlas and on to Essaouira. The clock does not stop and there are no prizes. 1300 kilometers with 21,140m of climbing.

As you may know, this region was devastated by a terrible earthquake in September 2023, and we want to bring a contribution to the rebuilding of this magical area. So if you'd like to support this worthy cause, please consider making a donation!
We haven‘t made our final decision on which association the money will be given but we are exploring the best option. Be sure it will be well spent.
We hope you'll understand our cause.
Thanks for your help !
