Story
On 27th November 2016 (not long away) I will be running a half marathon, the most I have ever done before is a 10K and that was what seems like a lifetime ago! I am not going to break any world records, it's all about spreading awareness of how common pre and post natal mental illness is and that it is 'OK not to be OK'.
My wife Laura Cassidy has started working with the PANDAS foundation, (http://www.pandasfoundation.org.uk/) an incredible charity who help Mothers and their families experiencing pre and post natal mental illness. She has started a support group in Salisbury for Mothers who need support and needs to fundraise to provide the service.
