A very good friend of ours and all round nice person that is well liked within our community was violently assualted on Tuesday 24th January. He stopped his van as he was flagged down in the street and was violently attacked and left in the road. The attack has left him in hospital with severe injuries and he will be unable to work for several weeks, due to the nature of his injuries he has also had his driving licence temporarily suspended. As a mobile mechanic this has been devastating for him and has halted his ability to work.
We are in the process of continuing his work and keeping his business running and are trying extremely hard to ensure that he has some financial aid to help with his recovery, living expenses etc so that his family do not have to struggle at this difficult time.
Our aim is to try and raise £1000 , not a lot to be honest and is to try and tide him over until he is well enough to return to work.
