The London to Brighton bike ride on the 18th of June.

Have you ever been told you have cancer?
I hope not but the chances are you know or knew someone who has?

It is a brutal truth, someone you care about, someone you love will get cancer in your lifetime.

It happened to me, my family, my friends.

Since my cancer I have worked closely with support charities. I have featured in newspapers, radio interviews and TV programs, telling my story to help support something I believe in.

Today I ask for your belief in me.

Who helps people with cancer? Sure there are the huge corporate charities that take you money in hope of a cure. They do not help people affected by cancer.

What is the purpose of charity. Primarily it is to help PEOPLE not a company. How have we been convinced that giving money to research is actually helping people with cancer now?

I am creating my foundation which will be dedicated to helping people with cancer.

What makes my model unique is that it does not discriminate. ANYONE affected by cancer can benefit. How it delivers the help is direct, meaningful, useful and needed.

100% of the money donated will be distributed to people with REAL need. Simple.

How hard is it to help real people? I urge you, the next time someone you know has cancer let your motivation to raise money for charity be to help real people, that need it.
