I'm planning to do a 10k Wolf run and raise some money for motor neuron disease. Any prizes, donations, or support would be gratefully received to help raise much needed funds and awareness.

Motor neuron disease is a rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and the spinal cord. It can leave people, especially locked in a failing body, unable to more , talk, swallow and eventually breathe. Up to 5000 adults are living with MND at any one time.

The reason for me doing this is because my finances mum unfortunately died from MND. I never met her so this is my way of saying hello.
