Story
I'm raising funds and awareness for a little girl called Eva, the niece of friends of mine, Eva is a 5 year old girl who was diagnosed with DIPG in April this year, DIPG stands for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma which is an inoperable brain stem tumor that affects breathing, walking, swallowing and speech. It affects 30-40 children a year in the UK and has a survival rate of 0-1%.
There is a lack of awareness and treatment for DIPG in the UK, meaning Eva's family have had to source help from abroad for medical treatment which as you can imagine is costly, so please Give anything you can, ever little bit helps.
