Aberystwyth Town Ladies FC currently have two senior teams; the first team playing in Welsh Premier Women's League and the development team playing in Ceredigion Ladies League. We have over 40 players registered currently between the two teams, as well as several coaches and support volunteers..

We are trying to raise money for matchday teamwear, kit and essential equipment for our players and coaches. There are already so many barriers to women playing football, and as a club we strongly believe that money shouldn't be one of them; we want our players to be able to play the sport they love without incurring unnecessary costs.

Over the Christmas period (14th December - 2nd January) our players, loyal supporters and volunteers will be forgoing the usual festivities and running, walking and/or cycling the distance from Aberystwyth to the North Pole; this amounts to a whopping 2454 miles! We will be accumulating the miles of each individual on Strava and sharing our progress on our social media platforms.

We also promise to donate 25% (plus any extra that we raise on top of the projected amount) of the money raised to two charities that mean a lot to our players; split equally between Air Ambulance and MS Society.
