In August this year myself and other trainee teachers will be travelling to a township in South Africa to teach in deprived schools for 4 weeks as part of the charity Project Zulu. Sadly, these schools really struggle to provide the resources necessary to help them to provide the best education for its pupils.

To raise money to help provide these valuable resources, I will be running the Bristol 10k run on the 13th May. Your contributions to this worthy cause would be greatly appreciated by the schools as it would help to provide books, training, computers and school materials which are badly needed. None of the money is going towards funding my trip and 100% will go to these hardworking but overstretched and deprived schools.
