Story
I'm cycling from Calais to Budapest over 21 days to raise money for the charity Mind.
At least 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem.
Mind's mission statement is:
"We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect."
Any support would be much appreciated, and will be in my mind when at times I'm sure I'll have to grind out the miles.
