I have a number of reptiles I look after, some that have been rescued. As you can imagine it is an expensive and time consuming job, but I love to do this outside my main work.

Unfortunately one of the snakes, Eowyn, has 'poorly' tail that has got to be amputated at a cost of £250! We have paid for the first injection of antibiotics but she will need more.

Unfortunately my partner has had a change of job and money is extremely tight, so what would usually not be an issue has turn in to a bit of a nightmare, as I want to fight to keep this beautiful 3 year old snake alive, she is very friendly and still so young. She is also my sons favourite snake out of them all so I am desperate to get the money for his sake as well.

I tried the RSPCA but as I am not on any benefits I am not entitled to any funding aid!!!!

The vet has told me she needs the operation ASAP so I ask people to give what you can as quick as you can to help me, help Eowyn.
