Ok, well where to start. I have ADHD, learning difficulties and mental health issues. I can't spell, read well or write well so my Dad is writing this.

I also have anxiety and depression. I'm also having to go though this while I've lost my family. I have two sons, aged 1 and 3. I don't see very much of them because of my mental health. It's very hard dealing with day to day life sometimes. I can wake up and feel okay but then go to talk and find it very hard to. My brain sometimes is like a sieve and can only remember things from the past (when I was a kid) I'm 29 by the way. It's so difficult.

My Dad spends a lot of time taking me to the places or having to do my shopping because I can't even make it out the door. For me, my safe place is in my bed with my headphones on so no-one can see the mess my life has become. I hate who I am now i use to be a very confident person. I could talk to anyone but now sometimes I even struggle talking to my Dad.

I'm not asking for something for nothing. We will be holding a raffle and a fund raising evening with food. A Full list of the raffle prizes, and any special auction lots will be published here soon. Life is too short to let an illness stop you living. I know people will find it hard to understand what I'm saying about my mental health but ask and I will get my Dad to reply to any and every question.
