The idea of the festival is to bring live music to an audience that finds main stream events difficult to access. The day is structured around young people and adults with sensory and physical needs so they can get the chance to experience that festival buzz during the summer.
In 2016 we held the first festival and it was a success this year we would like to add more and make the experience really unforgettable.
The idea for the festival came from our son who has autism and was desperate to enjoy live music and every thing else that goes with a festival. Summer is the time for festivals and young people with additional needs should be involved and not just have to watch events such as Reading, Glastonbury on the TV.
We are only a small event at the moment but feel there is a place alongside the main stream events for us and would like to grow and become a date in the diary like all the other events.
