Weʼve raised £830 to buy The People’s Tea Bar. Fleet Town FC: a community ‘not for profit’ club with over 500 players aged from 5 to adult of both genders.

    Story

Fleet Town FC has suffered frequent and serious vandalism with the latest incident being the break in causing substantial damage to our Tea Bar. Having received plenty of encouragement on social media we have decided to fund a vandal proof container for the Tea Bar using crowdfunding. The picture depicts the type of facility we would like to obtain. The funding will pay for the supply, conversion, delivery and installation of this container.

We would like to have this ready for the Colts tournament on the 9th June and would be very grateful for your support. Your donation will secure your place in the history of the community with your name or company on a prominant plaque.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and we value your contributions however large or small for this community asset.

We have now found a cheaper container that meets our requirements. As of 28th April over £1,500 has come in for this iniative via a variety of sourcing mechanisms.

    Alec Grant, Chairman FTFC.
