Story
Alex Fearne is tackling the Super Hero triathlon on August 19 at Eton Dornay. With support from his brothers and his (ageing) father he hopes to complete the 450 swim, 10k cycle and 2.5k run in less than an hour. He also hopes to raise lots of money for three great charities -Action For Kids, Special Olympics Norfolk and the Community Sports Foundation - who help people with learning difficulties to enjoy more sport
