On Sunday 3rd September I take part in Titanic triathlon in aid of my former team mate and friend Stuart Hilditch who was diagnosed with a form of cancer..Having grown up watching Stuart play for Carrick Rangers then as team mate later on ,I feel any help I can give him an honour
