Despite not having rode a bike since bairnhood, I have signed up for the Coast to Coast challenge. I will struggle up and down 140 miles over three days all in aid of MS Research and Relief- a brilliant local charity which helps people with multiple sclerosis.

This charity provides consistent and high quality support, not only offering complementary therapy and exercise sessions but a friendly support network which has created a great communal atmosphere for its 1000+ service users. This is a charity which improves people's lives massively.
