When Stanley turned 18 months old, his family discovered that he had grade 4 neuroblastoma involving a 13cm mass on his adrenal gland with spread to his liver, lungs and bone marrow.

Stanley is now undergoing a minimum of 18 months treatment including high dose chemotherapy, surgery, further chemo, radiation treatment, immunotherapy and vitamin therapy.

This is a hideous disease and one which children of any age, particularly so young, should not have to go through. Despite the odds many do beat it, and Stanley will do too.
