This is the new shelter in Romania which when finished will help so many desparate dogs in need. Here they will have shelter and food and veterinary care just the basics that every dog deserves. At the moment hundreds of dogs are suffering in public shelters where they are fed once a week if they are lucky, no beds just concrete floors and with the temperatures dropping fast they need some warmth and food to survive. Temperatures can drop to -20. Unfortunately money is running out and work has stopped time is running out winter is almost here. We cant bring them all home as im sure most of us would love to do but we can help them be cared for fed and loved. Please help !!!!
