Story
My brother Jason Tizzard died on 20 March 2017 aged just 48 of a heart attack in Woolston High Street. There is no public access AED in the woolston area and this could possibly have made a difference to the outcome of Jason having a cardiac arrest.
The High Street is a busy pedestrian area and with the new housing it is being rejuvenated and is becoming once again busy community area. Jason is not the first person and will certainly not be the last person to go into Cardiac Arrest in the high street. Having a Public Access AED could possibly provide a positive outcome should this happen.
Jason was a frequent visitor to both Woolston and Bittern and we would like to install a Public Access AED in both of these busy community areas should we raise sufficient funds

I briefly worked with Jason through Mencap 2015/2016 and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. So kind and caring. I hope you raise this money as this is such a vital piece of equipment. Good luck x
