As many of you are aware both pieces of our land have been subject to vandalism and arson.We have been advised by the police to install CCTV to make it safer for the animals, although this is not going to stop the idiots, it is a good preventative measure and will at least give us evidence if anything does occur.

We have done loads of research and received many quotes and it appears the most cost effective way of getting this done is to install a building to mount the cameras on, this building needs to be as secure as possible and the tamper-proof offices are the best you are going to get on a budget. This will also act as a secure place to store donated food and car-boot items, this in turn will save us much needed funds as we will no longer have to pay for rented garage storage.

This may seem like a boring item to raise funds for, but when the fences were cut thousands of pounds of damage was done. We don't want to start to replace the fence until we can at least have some prevention in place to stop it from happening again. Secondly, we really want to be spending your donations on the animals and if this building and cameras will prevent damage from happening that is really what we want.

Anything you can spare will be gratefully received, your donations will help to ensure that the facilities are safe and secure for animals who need help for years to come. The building will be around £2000 and the rest will be spent on transporting it to the field, the base and then for the electricity to be supplied to the building.
