Mental Health is important to all of us and weʼre hoping to raise £200, which will be divided equally between the charity MIND and our school's Action Minds group."

Running and Exercise is one of the ways people use to look after themselves, release Stress and Challenge themselves in different ways. We are a group of Staff & friends of All Saints RC School of different Fitness Levels - with one aim - to complete the MAJOR SERIES AMBHIBIOUS ASSAULT COURSE on the 14th October 2017. This is a 8K Mud Run with 20+ obstacles!!

We all aim to cross the Finish Line one way or another and promise some Before and After Run Pictures in exchange for a few pounds you may be able to spare for our 2 great causes, the Charity MIND https://www.mind.org.uk/ and our own Schools Support Group Action Minds http://www.allsaints.york.sch.uk/actionminds/

Both set to make Mental Health top of the agenda and let people know where and how to get help!
