Story
Earlier this year I decided to take part in the Inflatable 5K at the Arena in Peterborough on the 1st of April 2017...for fun! I'm in no way fit but I'm up for a challenge and I want to try new things and step out of my comfort zone.
Then I heard that my friends son, Luke Clark, had not only been selected for the Great Britain junior roller hockey team but had been selected for the AUU Junior Olympics in California. The downside is that players have to fund themselves. Luke is an amazing young man who is severely dyslexic and has to work extremely hard within mainstream education. His talents lie within the sporting arena of hockey and he continues to develop and achieve. Luke was particularly supportive to my youngest in ice hockey and his family treated mine as their own.
This is my way of helping someone achieve their dreams.
I'm not looking to finish the 5k in the fastest time...I'd just be grateful to finish!
If anyone one would be kind enough to help support Luke with a small donation, then it would be very much appreciated.
Thank you for your kindness.
