This has been a tough year for everybody and we are so lucky and grateful that our wonderful little village school has now reopened.

This year Amberley School's funding objective is "Supporting Outdoor Learning''. At Amberley School we are really lucky to have such wonderful grounds, which include the Willow Class outdoor play area, The Nature Space outdoor classroom and a dedicated Forest School area. We want to make the most of every opportunity to get the children outdoors and learning so we are raising money to fund additional training, equipment, materials, experiences, activities … in fact anything the teachers need to make the most of our facilities and get the children outside and learning!

Over the years The Friends of Amberley School Association (FASA) has organised some wonderful events that have been enjoyed by the children, parents, staff and local community. Not only are these events fun social occasions, but they are also our way of raising additional funding for Amberley School. Over the years this funding has been used for extra equipment, trips, IT facilities, books, our wonderful outdoor classroom and much more.

However we cannot run fundraising events during the Coronavirus pandemic and this means very little additional funding for the school. At a time when school budgets are already stretched and government funding is low, the money raised by FASA is even more important ...

With all this in mind we have set up this Just Giving page. If you would like to donate to our little school and provide additional support to the wonderful children at Amberley we would be so very grateful. We hope to get back to organising some lovely fun events in the future but for now we thank you for your generosity. Your support and kindness during this time means so much and we look forward to meeting again soon.
