A local veterinary practice who I took Chaos, my baby/dog to, told me Chaos was a "Pitt Bull type" and that I would have to get him neutered which I was willing to do but as soon as I told her I would be taking him to the PDSA to get it done, she told me she was reporting me to the police!

(Chaos has NEVER bitten or had any History of being vicious.
Chaos is 3 -1/2 year old. He's lovely, sweet, well trained and a very well behaved dog. He adores affection from people and loves his snuggles.
Chaos has always been around adults and children, he's a family dog, and we are missing him terribly.

The West Yorkshire Police came to seize Chaos on the 3rd April 2017 and I was forced to put my baby in the back of a van to be taken away, we are not allowed to visit or see him.

On 5th May, I have to attend court and
the only way I will get Chaos back, is for the "case" to be put before a court and for them to make the ultimate decision.
If prior to the court hearing it is decided by the police, to allow Chaos to return home and released I will need to obtain third party
liability insurance. As Chaos still remains in kennels the court hearing will go ahead and they will then issue a Contingent Destruction Order that allows Chaos to return home. I have to pay fees to the Force of £500+vat to cover vet fees and neutering, kennels fees and admin costs before they will release Chaos. In addition to this there will be a fee to make to (DEFRA) For registering prohibited breeds, this is £92.40.
As a single parent working part time I'm finding it extremely difficult to raise this amount in such a short space of time. Police have told me I have to have £750 in place for after my court hearing.
It upsets me having to ask for help in the form of donations but I have no other option as I want my beautiful boy home.
