Im someone who used to work every hour i could to support my family but around 18 months ago i found i was getting major pains in my legs and this just got worse over time im in the middle now off hospitals trying to find out what is wrong along with this i have a condition called pkd polysistic kidney disease which ive had now for 8 years now at stage 3 so it progressing slowly untill i get to renal failure to add to my problems ive now taken in my partners children 4 off them and have a 1 year old daughter myself and a 14 year old son i do try my hardest to support my family and doing all i can to get well again and pay my own way again and give my family the life that they should have as any man can im looking for help im trying to get the money together to by a van / day van so i can take my family out shopping or just to go visit family but now having 5 children at home and 2 kids who come and visit im stuck in doors all the time i cant afford to up grade the car i have and cant take all the kids with me when i have to go out or take them any where as i would lose my licence and its not safe to squease them in to the car i hate to think i need to ask for charity or any sort off help and im truly sorry to ask but i dont no what more to do if u are a family i would love to think u all could understand what its like to have everything u worked hard for be slowly taken away selling thing to pay bills or for food or just to get by i dont want to beg people as its hard for lots off people but when u have tried everything then i suppose the kindnest off people can help i myself have donated to help people so here i am asking for some please thank u
