Story
Former RAF Davidstow Moor was used by the RAF during WW2 for training. The building is part of the museum. It was used by the bomb aimers to find the target and practise dropping the bombs onto it. There is a platform halfway up the building which the bomb aimers would lie on and overlook the floor. From the ceiling a projector would display an image onto the floor of the target that needed to be bombed. The bomb aimer would practise where to drop the bombs on the target. The roof of the building is missing and a new one is needed. I'm in the Reserve Air Force and am very passionate about this project. £4000 Is needed of which £1000 has been donated by my son Shaun!! I'm doing a tandom skydive and bungee jump to raise money. Please sponsor me. Thanks Andy Rees Williams.
