I am hoping to raise some funds to buy a printer,ink ,paper,stamps ,envelopes,to enable me to send the forms on my website to people who dont have access to a printer,i am also hoping to buy some blank t shirts ,that will enable me to put my logo on and sell them ,to raise funds ,please read below and take a look at my website please ,iv spent a couple of month building it and adding all the links and downloads ,

have created a website ,so i can help grandparents through the minefield of the courts ,to allow them to have contact with their grandchildren ,from personal experience i can offer valuable advise ,help and support i am able to provide Them with the correct forms to fill in and a step by step help through out the whole court process ,which is very traumatic ,

there is no funding available for such proceedings making it very costly to use a solicitor ,but it is possible to do it yourself i know because thats what i was forced to do .

grandparents currently have no automatic rights to see their grandchild when relationships breakdown in families .you have to ask the courts for permission to apply for leave ,a long and stressful time awaits ahead.

i am raising money to buy materials such as a printer ,ink ,paper ,envelopes,stamps ,and to enable me to print off leaflets an forms to send to people who want help ,and to hopefully produce merchandise to sell such as printed t-shirts ,pens mugs,bags,with the website logo on that i have designed. Myself ,i would also like to purchase my domain so it cannot be used by anyone else

to enable me to spread the word and let people know they are not alone ,and there is every possible chance they will get some form of contact ,

i have personally fought and won 3 different court cases on my own with no legal representation or financial help ,with a good knowledge of the court system ,(i dont profess to be an expert but i know enough to help others ) i also did 2 online courses on the open university ,on family and private law and passed both exams ,.ibelive i can be of valuable help and guidance ,through what can only be described as the minefield that is the court system .

if your able to donate any amount it would mean so much to me to get tis put into action ,even if its just a pound i would be very grateful ,

there are a few good websites that are all trying to get the law changed so grandparents DO have a legal right to apply for contact with a grandchild when family members fall out ,or realtionships break up ,it is always the child who misses out, and very often has contact with grandparents severed with no explanation ,due to the parents using them as weapons
