We are a locally based, non profit making group, supporting families in the Fylde area who have young adults or elderly relatives with mobility and /or complex health needs. Our intention this year, is to raise enough money to buy a specialised bike to take out these ‘hidden families’. We have teamed up with ‘Cycling Without Age UK’ (a nationwide scheme to provide free cycle rides to the elderly), and we hope to give free cycle rides to both the elderly and young adults with complex health needs in the local area. Our dream is the see family members sitting side- by- side experiencing ‘the wind in their hair’.
