Story
We are a new charitable company that has been set up with the aim to help people improve their mental heath through boxing and fitness. We can help people build their self confidence and give them the tools to tackle the issues they face in terms of anxiety and depression.
It’s vital to give people that focus through sport and fitness and help them find happiness, especially in light of the recent challenging times that we are all having to face.
Therefore we are inviting everyone to get together and get involved with fundraising and help us to make a positive difference to someone’s life.
