From the 20th of May for one month i will be sporting a full grown mustache to help raise awareness for mens mental health charitys - Mind & the Movember foundation.

1 in 8 men in the UK have experienced a mental health problem

3 out of every 4 suicides are men.

What can we do?

Talk. Ask. Listen. Encourage action. Check in.

I'm raising awareness to highlight the unwanted growing trend in Male suicides, especially with males under the age of 35. I want to highlight the fact that there are charity's, people, friends, and family there to listen and help. These are both great, hard working charity's offering support and sometimes lifelines to many people who suffer from a range of mental health issues. Just one person can make a difference to someone's life even if its just a voice on the other end of a phone. Please don't let it be your husband, boyfriend, brother or friend that suffers in silence.
