Story
St Johns Hospice are an organisation who run largely on donations only.
After personally experiencing this service and the benefits its brings to end of life care it is a truly worthy cause.
You never know if you will need this service in the future for a loved on so lets do all we can to make it worthwhile.
all funds raised are used to enhance the patient environment and improve the patient services such as garden areas so that patients and their families can enjoy time outside other examples are to use funds to purchase new medical devices new furniture for consultation rooms etc.
With this is mind our u12 junior football team will be doing a 10 mile sponsored walk with all proceeds going to St Johns Hospice the walk will take place on Saturday 18th November we will start at our home ground at shaw wood academy and finish at St Johns Hospice
from all at Armthorpe Welfare u12 blues we thank you for your support
P.S if you could all tick gift aid it costs you nothing extra but it does mean that St Johns can claim 25p per £1 back so they will receive extra funds.
