Earlier this year my Aunty Sharon sadly was diagnosed with Breast cancer.

This came as a massive shock. Initially, the original diagnosis was only a small lump however it turned out to be a much larger one resulting in 2 operations and the loss of her right breast. She has started 6 months of chemotherapy and after this will undergo radiotherapy and then ongoing hormone treatment. As anyone who has had a loved one or a friend affected by Breast Cancer knows, it is a difficult, horrible and lengthy experience for anyone to go through - All whilst being a mum of 6 year old twins, one of which has autism.

My Aunty is amazing, brave and inspirational - she has a positive attitude, a smile on her face (which I can imagine is not always easy) and in her words "Not going to going to let Cancer get the better of her" - Truly proud of how strong she is in a, potentially, dark time <3

She couldn't do this without the support from her friends, family and groups like Breast Friends. The support has been amazing already. So I have decided to shave my hair off to make sure she isn't alone in her fight, that we are all here for her and to raise money to directly help sufferers of Breast cancer as well as raising awareness.

The hair shave will take place at a Ceroc Heaven freestyle (4th May 2018 @ 9pm approximately) - on the night a raffle will be held, £1 a ticket, with a variety of prizes including the chance to completely shave my head live. Even if you can't make the freestyle, please donate it would mean the world to me <3

All money raised will help Breast Friends Northampton continue to offer the amazing support and advice for those affected by Breast cancer but also they provide free chemotherapy and radiotherapy bags packed with items to help with the common side effects of these treatments.

I have set the initial target to £500 but if we could smash it - that would be epicly awesome and do so much :D
