Seeing the hard battle that an old family friend (Luke Harding) is going through at the moment, and all of the hard work he is putting in to support ward 10 at Withybush Hospital has inspired myself and my lovely clients at Aspire Personal Training to host a 24hr fitness charity event to raise money in support of this cause.

When you see people around you go through such hard times in the battle with cancer it makes you value your own life and realise that we should all give what we can in anyway we can to help those that need it.

It is going to be a gruelling 24hrs of fitness, but nothing compared to what cancer sufferers go through on a daily basis. The support we are receiving from some local business' is amazing and we are extremely greatful of the support so far.
