I am trying to raise money for 4 charities:

Age Concern, Cancer Research, Mind and Air Ambulance.

The challenge........... On the 20th of August I am travelling from Beaumaris to Bala by a combination of cycling, walking and running. .............It also includes walking Snowdon and getting head my head shaved !!!!

This means......................

1. Cycle Beaumaris to LLanberis (15miles)

2. Walk Llanberis track to Snowdon summit (4.4 miles, 945m ascent)

3. Get head shaved at Snowdon summit

4. Walk down Pyg track (3.1 miles, 704m decent)

5. Cycle from Pen Y Pass to Bala (35 miles)

6. Run (probably very slowly) around Bala Lake (11 miles)

I do appologise I did crowd funding page before and didn't realise it only was set for 30 days :-(
