Tomorrow I'm running the Manchester 10k [ which isn't that big a deal but still :-) ] in support of a great charity, and it would mean a lot to me if you could donate.
St Marks Copts Care is a youth run charity that fight poverty and lack of healthcare in the Middles East, and have provided over 40'000 prescriptions and performed over 1'300 operations.
Your support will save lives, giving hope and a future to those who thought they didn't have one
