I have been made to volunteer (lol) to raise money in support of Movember - the month (formerly known as November) when brave and selfless men around the world grow a moustache to raise awareness and funds for men's health - specifically prostate and testicular cancer.

As much as I would love to grow a moustache, I don’t think I’d have much success with that so instead I’ll be doing a 2-hour spin-a-thon on the 3rd of November.

Braving sweat, dehydration, sore bum and not being able to sit down comfortably for days to come! :P
