Every year i raise money to buy food and everyday essintials for the local sally army food bank this year needs a bigger push due to the introduction of UC ..there is an average 8 week wait time for the transfer to complete i know as a self employed single mother in reciept of tax credits i wouldnt be able to wait that long luckily i have a great support system but most people dont people are suffering ,working families are suffering ,children are suffering ...lets help ease some of the burden this yr food banks are struggling to keep up with demand for their vital services ....please give something if only£1 ...the need to use a food bank could happen to any of us remember we are potentially all 1 payday away from it happening to us
