    Story

Ticking off things on the bucket list is great and this is a chance for me to do that while raising money for two causes at the same time. on the 29th July I will be diving in Florida for these two great causes!

I can confirm that all the money raised on this page will be split 50/50 and donated to the two charities. I will cover the cost of the dive myself. The two causes listed on here are close to me and a number of people that I am keen to support.

Prostate Cancer is a cause that has had an influence on a number of men in my life and to be able to help support the research that could find a cure is a great reason to be doing something like this.

Across the UK , prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men.

Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 129 men every day.

Every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 11,000 men every year.

1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.

Around 400,000 men are living with and after prostate cancer.

The second cause is a charity that is growing and getting more and more publicity and the people involved are doing amazing things to raise awareness of down syndrome and the fact that one extra chromosome makes for a special gift and encompasses challenges along the way.

'Little Buddies' is a support group for us parents with children born with that extra special chromosome. Originally set up by Rosie, 'Little Buddies' is a fantastic group that meet twice monthly, offering support and advice while our little ones play.

Any support that you can give me is greatly appreciated. I will of course upload the video after the jump as evidence.

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. I can confirm that I have collected an additional £200 that has been donated by a Masonic Lodge. Thanks again and keep sharing to raise awareness and support these two great causes!
