    Story

I am running the Northumberland Coastal Marathon on 25th February for two year-old Elsie Novell.
Elsie has Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2 - which means that she is unable to stand or walk and as the disease is progressive, most muscles will eventually waste due to lack of use, including those required for breathing, eating and swallowing.
The money raised will go towards a fund Elsie's family is raising to pay for vital home adaptions which will help give her a decent quality of life.
