    Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

If you want to change a child's life forever "EDUCATE THEM"

Inspired and motivated by the above phrase, and having a personal relation with Sasedza Primary School. I am keen and ethusiastic in supporting the school. I visited the school in October 2017 where I had a lengthy conversation with the teachers. I was moved by the passion of the teachers who are trying their level best to teach children under extremely difficult conditions.

The major problem being that the school is under resourced in terms of educational materials. Children have no access to library and most of them cannot afford to buy books crucial to their educational development. After a great contempletion, I realised that there was a need to establish a "Library", permanent shelter and books in the school premises. This would obviously serve not only few children but the entire school.

The aim of this effort is specifically seeking donations to fund the Library building and to purchase books. I am sure you will agree with me the importance of accessing books and study material during the school years. This will be a great resource for the entire school and will have a positive impact on a generation of kids.

Achieving this will help teachers to focus in supporting children on their educational development and to adequately prepare them for higher education. It will also motivate and challenge children to spend more time reading books somthing which is not possible at present for the majority of children at Sasedza Primary School.

In the interim, we are looking at purchasing English reading books, language and comprehension exercises for the children. The need is very urgent and I appeal to your generous hearts to support this noble cause. Together we can achieve a bright future for the children.

I hope that you will be able to join me in funding the development of the much needed library.

Any support will be highly appreciated by the school and the kids that we intend to provide a service to. If you have any queries please feel free to contact me via email at bernhadebe@yahoo.co.uk

Thanking you all in advance for your generous donations.
